My name is Kendra VanWees and I am a High School Theatre Production Manager, Designer, Educator, and Director. I received a B.A. in Theatre with a focus in Directing and a minor in Nonprofit Administration from Arizona State University and a Masters of Theatre Studies in Production and Design from Southern Oregon University.

My primary directing focus is on Theatre for Youth, Musical Theatre, and Theatre on the Edge material. My favorite design areas are Scenic and Lighting. I enjoy the challenge of working in small and intimate spaces and in the educational setting I strive to bring my students quality theatrical experiences that prepare them for a career in theatre.
